Good communication and service

Friendly customer service! I will continue to have my car serviced at Max Motors…

Check in individual was excellent and very accommodating. I arrived approximately 15 minutes early, but was taken care of nicely as noted above. I was out in a timely manner and will use them again. I had not none business with you as when you first came to Nevada I had received service which was not as great as this visit. As I stated above I will be returning with my business.

Awesome, quick and easy!!

Service was timely, provided additional feedback and answers to questions before service was performed. Scheduling for the service was flexible, and worked well for my limited time schedule. Will continue to use them going forward.

Friendly and courteous

Everything was fine until I got the bill. It was like $20 higher since my last oil change. I didn't see on the bill where they did anything different.

Made an appointment to have my first oil and filter change along with maintenance check. I arrived on time, my vehicle was serviced and ready to go in 30 minutes. Smooth and easy .

Fair

Our tailgate on our 2005 Chevy Silverado would not open while we stopped in Platte City, MO. After traveling through Kansas City safely we stopped at Max Motors in Nevada. The latch was replaced and we were able to get back on the road. They made our trip great

Wait time was not long

I called over there that morning at 8 a.m. to ask a question and your service man worked me in immediately. He diagnosed the issue as soon as I got there and promptly got my pickup fixed.

Nate is the best service manager ever even though he’s bad at fantasy football. You should give him a raise!

They always do great work

Max Motors did a fantastic job putting this deal together and working with us over the phone from over 500 miles apart. The entire team at Max Motors did a great job with communication through the entire process! We had our new truck delivered yesterday and it went fantastic, thanks to Chris the driver who drove our new truck to our house!

Dallas and crew are very helpful at getting everything scheduled and explaining, doesn’t try to just rush you

They got it in for the oil change on time and were done in a short period of time. The service tech is easy to talk to. Too bad they don't take the radio coupons anymore. They were especially good for seniors.

The service manager was very polite and helpful. My oil change and tire rotation was done in a timely manner. While I was in the waiting area, a saleslady offered me coffee, water or a soda. I thought that was very thoughtful of her. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Thank you.
