Trinnade was very knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Max Motors. I have been pleased with both transactions.

Good communication and service

Check in individual was excellent and very accommodating. I arrived approximately 15 minutes early, but was taken care of nicely as noted above. I was out in a timely manner and will use them again. I had not none business with you as when you first came to Nevada I had received service which was not as great as this visit. As I stated above I will be returning with my business.

Trinnade was excellent at explaining which vehicles matched our needs. She was very knowledgeable about the features of each one we looked at. Very good experience

I called over there that morning at 8 a.m. to ask a question and your service man worked me in immediately. He diagnosed the issue as soon as I got there and promptly got my pickup fixed.

Everything was fine until I got the bill. It was like $20 higher since my last oil change. I didn't see on the bill where they did anything different.

Dealership stayed in contact.

Our tailgate on our 2005 Chevy Silverado would not open while we stopped in Platte City, MO. After traveling through Kansas City safely we stopped at Max Motors in Nevada. The latch was replaced and we were able to get back on the road. They made our trip great
